Eligible Victorian customers may receive support toward a reverse-cycle air conditioning upgrade under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. This tool gives an indicative cost and running-cost range only, subject to eligibility and program rules.

How we estimate VEU upgrade economics.
We scale an indicative gross install cost by home size, apply a typical VEU incentive offset range, then estimate new running costs for a high-efficiency reverse-cycle system relative to your current heating type.
