Set up owner access to your OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase system and view energy data.
Have your installation handover and owner-access details ready. If access is already working, do not bind the system again.
- 01Install the EcoFlow homeowner app using the official download link below. Do not use the EcoFlow Pro installer app.
- 02Log in to your existing owner account. At first handover, the manufacturer instructs new owners to create an account and log in.
- 03For initial setup only, add the device manually or use Bluetooth as prompted in the homeowner app.
- 04Scan the user grant QR code supplied by your installer to bind the system. If Esena has not provided owner access, request it rather than entering installer commissioning.
- 05Once access is granted, open your system to view energy information. The matching manual describes home load, solar production and grid usage in the app or web portal.
- 06For questions or errors, use Settings > Help & Feedback in the EcoFlow app, or send Esena the issue and a screenshot.
ImportantFor EcoFlow OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase. Do not open equipment, remove a dongle, operate electrical isolators, reset or erase data, or change installer parameters. A warning or loss of power needs Esena's assessment; an app status alone does not establish whether the electrical system is operating normally.
