Download the right app for Hinen
Use the app named in your Esena handover. These buttons open verified Apple App Store or Google Play listings.
Choose carefully: Hinen Solar is for the Hinen WiFi Logger. SOLARMAN Smart is for the separate SOLARMAN-compatible WiFi Module.
Check whether the handover names Hinen Solar with a Hinen WiFi Logger or SOLARMAN Smart with a separate WiFi Module.
- 01Install the customer app named in the handover. Use Hinen Solar for the Hinen WiFi Logger; use SOLARMAN Smart only for the separate compatible WiFi Module.
- 02Sign in with the owner email and open the plant already created for the installation.
- 03On the plant home page, follow the live arrows between PV, home load, battery and grid.
- 04Check the last-updated time before relying on the values. Hinen notes that the home and parameter pages can refresh at different rates.
- 05Open the device/alarm page for warnings, but do not change installer, grid-code, export-limit or meter settings.
ImportantAn app showing old data or offline does not automatically mean the solar or battery has stopped. Check the physical system status from a safe distance.
