Your official monitoring app

Download the right app for Sigenergy

Use the app named in your Esena handover. These buttons open verified Apple App Store or Google Play listings.

mySigen

Sigenergy’s customer monitoring and energy-control app.

Choose carefully: Use mySigen and activate the account from the sigencloud email sent during commissioning.

Before you start

Confirm whether the system normally uses Wi-Fi, Ethernet or cellular. Have the 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi password ready.

  1. 01Open mySigen and select the correct station.
  2. 02Tap Settings, then Connectivity and WLAN.
  3. 03Check whether WLAN is already connected. If Ethernet or cellular is the active stable connection, stop and do not replace it.
  4. 04For Wi-Fi, choose the home 2.4 GHz network, enter its password and follow the on-screen confirmation.
  5. 05Return to Home and check that the station timestamp and energy flow update.
  6. 06If the option is unavailable or the station stays offline, use station diagnosis where available and create a ticket with its result. Do not change remote EMS or installer settings.

ImportantWi-Fi normally carries monitoring data only. Do not remove a dongle, open equipment or change installer parameters to restore monitoring.
