Use the app named in your Esena handover. These buttons open verified Apple App Store or Google Play listings.
Use this current SOFAR monitoring app when it matches your handover or existing account.
Choose carefully: Use the SOFAR customer app named in your Esena handover—usually SofarCloud or SolarViews for supported systems. Do not create a duplicate plant or use installer-only tools.
Check the app name in your handover. SOFAR systems may use SofarCloud or SolarViews depending on the system and region. Have the owner email used at handover ready.
- 01Use the official SOFAR app button that matches the name in your handover. Do not use an installer-only app or create a second plant.
- 02Register or sign in with the owner email used for your installation, then open the existing plant or station.
- 03Check the plant’s last-updated time before relying on live readings. If the time is old, open the SOFAR System showing offline guide.
- 04Use the energy-flow screen to view solar, home, battery and grid. Live power is shown in kW; energy totals are shown in kWh.
- 05Open the device or alarm page if a warning appears, and record the exact wording before changing anything.
ImportantSOFAR app names and menu labels vary by product, logger and region. Use customer-visible screens only; leave grid, export, firmware and commissioning settings to Esena.
