Download and use iSolarCloud

Use Sungrow’s iSolarCloud app to open your plant, read live energy flow and check alarms.

Your official monitoring app

Download the right app for Sungrow

Use the app named in your Esena handover. These buttons open verified Apple App Store or Google Play listings.

iSolarCloud

Sungrow’s customer monitoring app for solar and battery systems.

Choose carefully: Use iSolarCloud for Sungrow customers. Do not create a second plant or use installer-only commissioning tools.

Before you start

Install iSolarCloud from the official button above and have the owner email used at handover ready.

  1. 01Open iSolarCloud and sign in with the customer account already linked to your Sungrow plant.
  2. 02Open your existing plant and select Site Overview. If no plant appears, ask Esena to share it—do not create a duplicate plant.
  3. 03Check the last-updated time before relying on live values, then follow the energy flow between solar, home, battery and grid.
  4. 04Open the device or alarm details when a warning is shown and record the exact wording before attempting any restart.
  5. 05Use customer-visible monitoring screens only. Leave commissioning, grid-code, export-limit and firmware settings to Esena.

ImportantSungrow has different inverter and communication-dongle generations. iSolarCloud screen names can change between releases, but the customer path remains plant → Site Overview → device/alarm details.
