Step-by-step guide
About 5 minutesSungrow system showing offline
Check whether iSolarCloud communication is offline while the energy system continues to operate locally.
Your official monitoring app
Download the right app for Sungrow
Use the app named in your Esena handover. These buttons open verified Apple App Store or Google Play listings.
Choose carefully: Use iSolarCloud for Sungrow customers. Do not create a second plant or use installer-only commissioning tools.
Check the app’s last-updated time and look at visible lights or the display from a safe distance.
- 01Open Site Overview and record the last-updated time. A recent timestamp can mean the connection is already recovering.
- 02Confirm home internet works on another device, then fully close and reopen iSolarCloud.
- 03From a safe distance, photograph the Sungrow inverter or communication-dongle lights and any visible message.
- 04If the router name or password changed, use Reconnect Sungrow Wi-Fi above. Do not remove the dongle.
- 05If the plant remains offline after 10–15 minutes, create a ticket with the timestamp, light photo and whether the home still has power.
ImportantDo not remove a communication device or open any equipment unless Esena specifically instructs you to.
