Download the right app for AlphaESS
Use the app named in your Esena handover. These buttons open verified Apple App Store or Google Play listings.
Choose carefully: Use AlphaESS for customers. AlphaPartner is for installers and should not be used for owner monitoring.
Before you start
Install the customer app named AlphaESS. Do not use AlphaPartner, which is the installer app.
- 01Open AlphaESS and sign in with the owner email already registered to the installation.
- 02Select the existing system. If no system appears, do not register the equipment again—ask Esena to link it.
- 03Open the system home page to view PV, load, battery and grid energy flow.
- 04Check the last update and battery SOC before comparing readings.
- 05Use owner-visible Work Mode or schedule controls only. Leave safety standard, meter, export and commissioning settings unchanged.
ImportantAn app showing old data or offline does not automatically mean the solar or battery has stopped. Check the physical system status from a safe distance.
