At your own paceOCEAN 2 Plus data missing or delayed
Capture the system's energy readings for review without deleting data or changing controls.
Need the EcoFlow monitoring app? Open the app articleHave your installed system name and screenshots showing the readings and date/time available.
- 01Open the correct OCEAN 2 Plus system in the EcoFlow homeowner app using your handover account.
- 02Capture the home-load, solar-production and grid-usage readings where available, with the date and time. These are telemetry categories described in the matching user manual.
- 03If the app shows Offline or a connection warning, complete the preliminary internet checks in the offline guide.
- 04Use Settings > Help & Feedback for manufacturer help, then send Esena the screenshots and a note of when readings stopped or appeared incorrect.
- 05Do not use Reset and erase data, delete the account, rebind the system or change meter settings to fix a display problem. Ask Esena to review the data first.
ImportantThe matching manual does not specify an app refresh interval or confirm that cached values are live while offline. No fixed update time is promised. For EcoFlow OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase. Do not open equipment, remove a dongle, operate electrical isolators, reset or erase data, or change installer parameters. A warning or loss of power needs Esena's assessment; an app status alone does not establish whether the electrical system is operating normally.
