Check your homeowner account and ask Esena to confirm the installation's owner access.

- 01Confirm you are using the EcoFlow homeowner app, not EcoFlow Pro.
- 02Log in with your owner account. If you cannot access it, follow the account-recovery options shown in your current app rather than an older app manual.
- 03If you can sign in but the system is missing, check whether your installer completed Grant User Access and supplied a user grant QR code at handover.
- 04For a first-time installation handover, use the owner setup guide. If access previously worked, ask Esena to review it instead of binding the device again or creating another account.
- 05Send Esena your account email, installed model and a screenshot of the error or missing system. Do not send passwords, verification codes or access QR codes.
ImportantThe matching manual documents owner access, but not a detailed password-reset sequence. Use the current app's recovery prompts or manufacturer support. For EcoFlow OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase. Do not open equipment, remove a dongle, operate electrical isolators, reset or erase data, or change installer parameters. A warning or loss of power needs Esena's assessment; an app status alone does not establish whether the electrical system is operating normally.
