Record the connection status and use owner support without resetting the system.
Need the EcoFlow monitoring app? Open the app articleHave your model, app status and any recent internet changes available.
- 01Check that your phone and another device can access the internet. Note whether the home router, network name or password changed.
- 02Open the EcoFlow homeowner app with the account used at handover and capture the status of your OCEAN 2 Plus system.
- 03Look at any visible system warning from a safe distance and record it. Do not touch connectors, remove covers or operate switches to investigate an offline display.
- 04Use Settings > Help & Feedback in the EcoFlow app. If the issue remains, contact Esena with the screenshot, model and when the status changed.
- 05If there is no power or an urgent issue, call Esena on 1300 239 296 rather than relying on app checks.
ImportantThese are preliminary checks. The matching manuals do not establish offline owner monitoring, a guaranteed reconnection time or a consumer-app reconnection procedure. For EcoFlow OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase. Do not open equipment, remove a dongle, operate electrical isolators, reset or erase data, or change installer parameters. A warning or loss of power needs Esena's assessment; an app status alone does not establish whether the electrical system is operating normally.
