Check your home network after a router or password change, then ask Esena to restore the system connection.

- 01Check that another device can access the internet through your home router.
- 02Note any change to the router, Wi-Fi name or password and check whether the signal is available near the installed system without touching equipment.
- 03The matching installation guide recommends a 2.4 GHz network for wireless connection. Ask your internet provider if you need help making that network available; this is not a claim that the radio is 2.4-GHz-only.
- 04Open the EcoFlow homeowner app and check for a connection warning. Use Settings > Help & Feedback for manufacturer help.
- 05Send Esena the warning screenshot and details of the network change. Ask for the correct OCEAN 2 Plus reconnection procedure for your installed version; do not send your Wi-Fi password.
ImportantThe matching documents describe Internet Setup in EcoFlow Pro as installer commissioning. They do not verify a homeowner Wi-Fi-change menu path, so no pairing-button or installer-menu sequence is provided here. For EcoFlow OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase. Do not open equipment, remove a dongle, operate electrical isolators, reset or erase data, or change installer parameters. A warning or loss of power needs Esena's assessment; an app status alone does not establish whether the electrical system is operating normally.
