Have your retailer’s exact tariff times and the outcome you want, including weekends and daylight-saving rules.

  1. 01Confirm exact tariff times with your electricity retailer, including weekends and daylight-saving changes.
  2. 02Open the owner-visible operating mode, work mode, energy plan or energy management page shown for your product.
  3. 03If your owner account permits it, create charge or discharge windows and choose the intended target or minimum state of charge.
  4. 04Enable grid charging only when your tariff, retailer agreement and commissioned system configuration allow it. Do not change grid-code or export-limit settings.
  5. 05Save or execute the schedule, verify local time and review the result on the next complete day.

ImportantIncorrect schedules can increase bills. If unsure, send Esena the tariff name, tariff times and the outcome you want.
