Separate normal weather and household-use effects from a genuine performance issue.

Choose a complete clear day in the app and note any visible warning or error code.
- 01Confirm the app has current data and check whether the inverter shows a warning, alarm or offline status.
- 02Compare complete clear days rather than a cloudy hour. Production changes with season, cloud, shade, panel direction and temperature.
- 03Remember that solar may be powering the home or charging the battery before energy is exported, so low export does not always mean low generation.
- 04Check whether a new load such as an EV, hot-water system, pool pump, heating or cooling was running at the time.
- 05If production is zero around midday in clear weather, or stays unusually low across several comparable clear days, create a ticket with daily graphs and photos of any code.
ImportantDo not climb onto the roof, clean panels from a ladder or open the inverter. Esena can review the monitoring data safely.
